Plakes Suites - Skiathos Town

Close to the beach, loved having an oven in the room, and the airport shuttle was totally worth the price - I felt like a fancy celebrity arriving in style!

Oh, the joy of slow Wi-Fi! Who needs to download anything when you can just sit back and appreciate the exhilarating speed of a snail on a marathon?

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The apartment had a beautiful sea view and was very spacious, clean, and well equipped. The hotel facilities were great, with a large kitchen and a washing machine. The staff were very knowledgeable and accommodating, even meeting me for a late check-in. The location was perfect, with the hotel being situated in the old town above the old port. It was a short walk to the main town, with its narrow cobblestone streets filled with restaurants, cafes, and shops. The hotel was also conveniently close to transportation options and local attractions. I had a wonderful experience and wished I had stayed longer.

the location was absolutely stunning, with amazing views of the water. I loved walking down the narrow streets, admiring the charming doorways and blue shutters. the apartment itself was the perfect size for me and my college daughter - spacious enough to relax and unwind, but still allowing us our own space. Our host was incredibly helpful, providing recommendations for restaurants and attractions, and giving us insight into Greek culture. He even introduced us to locals who could assist us if needed. it was a fantastic experience and I wish I could recreate that feeling back home.

We loved staying in the old town above the old port. Beautiful sea view. Close proximity to restaurants, cafes, shops, and port. Spacious apartment with a large kitchen and washing machine. Comfortable couch, flat screen TV, and dining area. Two balconies to enjoy both sea and street views. Our host was wonderful, providing helpful recommendations and showing us nearby attractions.

The apartment had a stunning sea view and was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. the knowledgeable and accommodating host made check-in easy, even with our late arrival. the location, tucked away on charming cobbled streets, provided a peaceful escape while still being a short walk from the main town and its amenities.

While some facilities were basic, they served their purpose. the bathroom could use some updating, and the mattress wasn't the most comfortable.

Stairs to basement flat need better lighting.
